정신장애인의 직업재활에 영향을 미치는 변인간의 구조모형연구

The Analysis on the Causal Model of the Effects of the Schizophrenic Patients' Vocational Rehabilitation.

본 연구는 정신장애인의 직업재활과 관련된 요인들의 관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 직업재활에 대한 기초자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현재 직업을 유지하고 있는 정신장애인 200명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 정신장애인의 직업재활에 영향을 미치는 구조모형을 분석한 결과, 정신장애인의 일상생활기술, 대인관계기술, 문제해결능력, 가족지지, 직업기술능력과는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대인관계기술, 일상생활기술, 문제해결능력은 가족의 지지를 통해 직업기술능력을 향상시키는데 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 정신장애인의 일상생활기술, 대인관계기술, 문제해결 능력 간에는 상호보완적인 간접관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is searching for some strategies for longer social adjustment of people with schizophrenic disorder, through examining factors in social adjustment of these patients. And to examine the causal model of schizophrenic patients' daily living skills, interpersonal relationship skills, social skills training, problem solving ability, family support, job-skills ability and this study tries to confrontation an society. For this, 200 schizophrenics enrolled in community mental health centers and social rehabilitation center and who maintain their job over 6 month were assessed. Measures included standardized questionnaire which had 3 sub-dimensions, This study explores practical implications for efficient social adjustment of schizophrenic Patients. Through investigating and analyzing 200 schizophrenic Patients, who are currently employed by social institutions, and SPSS and Amos statistical software were used to analyze data, the followings have been found: The conclusion that resulted from data analysis were as follows: First, there was significant positive correlation among schizophrenic patients' the effects of the Schizophrenic Patients' Vocational Rehabilitation. Second, covariance structural analysis showed that the causal relationship among schizophrenic Patients' the factor of psycho-social was significant. And schizophrenic patients' problem-solving capacity and ADL skill an indirect effect through vocational Rehabilitation skill ability.
