"재무비율분석방법을 통한 직업재활시설의 경영분석에 관한 사례 연구"

“A Case Study in Business Analysis of Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities Via Financial Ratio Analysis”

본 연구는 직업재활시설의 운영에 있어 경영적인 측면이 지속적으로 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 경영적인 요소들이 도입되지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 기업체에서 사용하고 있는 경영분석 방법 중 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 비율 분석법 중 재무비율분석 방법을 사용하여 과거의 경영실태나 업적을 평가하고 새로운 경영전략을 수립하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구의 연구방법은 문헌조사연구와 사례연구를 병행하여 실시하였다. 첫째, 문헌조사연구를 통하여 경영분석의 의의와 목적, 경영분석의 유용성 및 한계, 영리기관과 비영리기관의 경영분석방법, 비영리기관의 경영분석의 방법과 관련된 선행연구와 이론적 배경을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 재무비율분석방법과 한국은행에서 발간한 제조업체 경영분석의 비교분석을 통하여 근로시설 동천 모자의 사례를 연구하였다. 근로시설 동천모자의 2002년 1월부터 2002년 12월 31일 까지 발생한 회계장부를 기초로 하여 분석방법으로는 재무비율분석방법을 통하여 재무제표상의 개별항목간의 비율을 산출하여 사례의 재무상태와 경영성과를 분석하였고 재무분석의 기초자료는 대차대조표, 손익계산서를 통하여 수집하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 직업재활시설에 대한 정부의 지원이 점차적으로 확대되고 있으며 또한 직업재활시설에 있어 경영적인 요소의 도입에 대한 필요성이 점차적으로 대두되고 있음에도 불구하고 직업재활시설의 경영에 대한 기초자료가 부족하다. 직업재활시설의 경영에 대한 기초자료와 더불어 기초연구에 대하여 정부차원의 연구가 활발하게 진행되어야 하겠다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 일반기업에서 사용하고 있는 경영분석방법을 통하여 경영분석을 실시했는데 정부예산지원과 자산수증이익이 포함되어 경영성과가 높게 나타날 수 밖에 없었기 때문에 직업재활시설을 위한 새로운 경영분석방법에 대한 연구가 있어야 하겠다. 마지막으로 재무비율분석방법을 통한 경영분석에 있어서 보다 많은 직업재활시설을 대상으로 하여 보다 객관적인 결과를 도출해야 할 것이며 또 이러한 객관적인 결과를 바탕으로 직업재활시설의 경영전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.

This study is based upon the current situation quoting that business factors has not been yet introduced in spite of constant needs of business aspects in operating vocational rehabilitation facilities. The purpose of this study is to offer basic information in order to establish a new business strategy and to evaluate the past business state or its performances by using the financial ratio analysis method which is one of business analyses being used widely in business cycle. In order to attain the purpose of this study, both bibliographic record research and case studies have been conducted at the same time. First, throughout the bibliographic record research, this study has examined on the meaning of business analysis including its purpose, use, and limitation, business analysis method of a profit organization and a non-profit one, pre-studies and theoretical backgrounds in relation with the business analysis of a non-profit organization. Second, throughout a comparison analysis between the financial ratio analysis and the business analysis of manufacturing companies drawn by the Bank of Korea, DongChunCap’s case has been studied. We have carried out the financial and managerial analysis of DongChunCap, the vocational rehabilitation facility. This analysis was based on the accounting transactions which were made from January 2002 until the end of the year. We have analyzed the financial situation and managerial gains, by using financial ratio analysis Through financial ratio analysis we have worked out the individual ratio for each section in the financial and the basic statement information for financial analysis was gathered from the balance sheet and the income statement based on these analysis we could get the following points. Firstly, the government is increasing the subsidies for the vocational rehabilitation facility and we need the specific managerial strategy for the vocational rehabilitation facility. However, we are lack of basic managerial information for the vocational rehabilitation facility. Therefore we need to try to get more specific information on the vocational rehabilitation facility is management with the support from government. Secondly for this analysis we have used the method which is used for ordinary companies, however in this case the government subsidies were added, so the managerial gains were appeared to be higher than it should be so the new method is need to analyze the managerial gains for the vocational rehabilitation facility. Lastly the business analysis through financial ratio analysis has to be carried out for many other the vocational rehabilitation facility so that we can get more objective results and the managerial strategy for the vocational rehabilitation facility should be based on these objective results.
