장애인복지관 사회복지 전문직의 역할지향성에 관한 연구

The Study on the Role Orientation of Social Work Professional in Community Rehabilitation Center

본 연구는 장애인복지관의 사회복지사를 대상으로 그들이 추구하고 있는 역할지향성이 장애개념화 현재수행업무 일반적 , , 특성에 따라 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 사회복지사의 장애개념화의 유형별 비율은 사회적 구성주의 42.2%, 상징적 상호주의 41.0%, 사회적 생성주의 12.0%, 생물학적 결정론 4.8% 순으로 나타났다. 현재 사회복지사들은 미시적 차원의 역할에 치중하고 있었지만 상대적으로 지향해야 할 중요한 역할순위로는 조성자, 계획가, 현장개입가, 옹호자, 행동가의 순으로 나타나 현재 수행 역할과 지향하는 역할 간에 갈등이 있는 것으로 추정된다. 장애개념화와 역할지향성과의 관계에서 상징적 상호주의 관점을 가지고 있는 사회복지사는 조성자의 역할을 지향하며, 사회적 구성주의 관점을 가지고 있는 사회복지사는 옹호자와 행동가의 역할을 지향하고 있었다. 본 연구는 역할정체성의 혼돈을 겪고 있는 사회복지사들의 역할을 재성찰할 수 있는 기회를 제공함과 아울러, 장애인복지 실천에서 사회복지사의 역할과 관련된 정책 및 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

This paper argues what related social worker' role orientation between conceptualizations of disability, undertaking roles, general features of a respondent in community rehabilitation center for Disabled. After analyzing the data the result shows that conceptualizations of disability be found out social constructivism 42.2%, symbolic interactionism 41.0%, social creationism 12.0%, biological determinism 4.8%. And social workers have charge of micro level of roles, but they much more aim at macro level of roles(enabler, planner, outreach, advocator, activist ranking) relatively. This results are guessed that social workers suffer conflict between undertaking roles and oriented roles. On the one hand people of symbolic interactionism prefered enabler, people of social constructivism oriented advocator and activist in relation between role orientation and conceptualization of disability. This result will attribute to give opportunity of reflection to social worker confusing role identity, also to offer basic data of developing policy and education program related to social worker's role in disability welfare practice involved community rehabilitation center.
