휠체어농구 심판 판정에 대한 선수들의 인식도 조사 연구

A Study on the Recognition of Players towards the Referee's Decision in Wheelchair Basketball

본 연구의 목적은 휠체어농구 심판의 판정에 대한 선수들의 인식을 조사하여 심판 판정이 경기에 미치는 영향과 선수들이 느끼는 심판 판정에 대한 불만족 요인을 규명하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 ‘2008 SK텔레콤배 전국 휠체어 농구대회(2008년 11월 24일∼27일)’에 참가한 휠체어농구 선수 중 123명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 통계프로그램 12.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t 검증, 적률상관관계분석, 일원변량분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 바이얼레이션, 파울, 경기운영에 대한 심판 판정에 대한 선수들의 인식 차이를 선수들의 포지션, 의무등급, 운동경력, 파울 수, 팀 소속 별로 보았을 때 의무등급별과 팀 소속별에서 선수들의 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심판 판정에 따른 선수들의 경기력에 대한 인식 차이에 있어서 경기력과 바이얼레이션, 파울, 경기운영의 관계를 상관분석을 한 결과 바이얼레이션․파울․경기운영과 경기력은 부(-)적인 상관관계를 보였다. 바이얼레이션, 파울, 경기운영이 경기력에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 바이얼레이션 또는 파울 판정보다는 경기운영 관련 판정에서 경기력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 장애인 소속팀 선수들이 비장애인 소속팀 선수들보다 판정의 요소들에 대해 대체로 낮은 만족을 보여 원인규명을 위한 심판 판정의 공정성에 대한 후속연구가 더 진행되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to present the recognition of the players toward the decision of the referee, in which it is the main element in playing the wheelchair basketball game. By identifying how the referee's decision affects the game and what the unsatisfying factors are, this study will restore the mutual trust between the players and the referee as well as provide materials for the development of the wheelchair basketball. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey on 123 wheelchair basketball players who participated in the 'SK Telecom National Wheelchair Basketball Game(from 24 to 27 November 2009)'was conducted. By using the SPSS/WIN statistics program 12.0, the data was analyzed through frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and the multiple regression method. The results are as follows. When the relationship among violation, foul, game operation and game performance was identified as negative relations based on the results according to the characteristics of the players, the violation decision, and the classification of the players. Also, according to the multiple regression analysis to identify the affect caused by violation, foul, game operation and game performance, the results showed that the referee's decision on game operation rather than violation or foul had a significant affect on the game performance. The satisfaction rate of the handicapped team players were generally low compared to the normal team players so that more studies are required to be clear for the equity of the referee's decision.
