장애부모의 다차원적 양육지원에 대한 욕구 분석

Analysis on Caring Needs of Multiple Support for Disabled Parents

본 연구의 목적은 장애부모들의 다차원적 양육지원에 대한 욕구를 분석하여 장애부모들의 부모 역할 수행을 원조하는 정책 및 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 초등학생 자녀를 둔 장애부모와 비장애부모를 대상으로 하였으며 장애부모는 서울, 대구, 부산, 전라남도, 전라북도, 충청북도, 제주도 및 경상남도에 거주자로 110부, 비장애부모는 서울, 대구, 마산, 진해, 창원을 비롯한 경상남도 지역의 거주자로 156부 총 266부를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 장애부모는 교육적, 경제적, 사회심리적, 문화정보 등 모든 차원에서 비장애부모에 비해 양육지원의 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 중소도시에 거주하는 장애부모가 대도시 경우보다 사회심리적 욕구와 문화정보적 지원욕구가 컸으며 월소득이 낮은 장애부모는 높은 경우에 비해 경제적 욕구가 컸다. 중증장애부모가 경증장애부모에 비해 교육적 지원 욕구가 컸다. 3) 로짓분석에서, 거주지 분석결과 중소도시에 거주하는 장애부모가 대도시의 경우보다 사회심리적 욕구가 컸으며 월소득이 적은 장애부모는 많은 장애부모 보다 경제적 양육지원 욕구가 더 컸다. 이를 근거로 장애부모를 위한 장애인복지정책적 제언과 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

In this study, we examine differences in caring needs of multiple supports on disabled parents(research group, n=110) and non-disabled parents(research group, n=156). The purpose of this comparison was to find situations on caring of disabled parents. We compose that caring needs of multiple support is constituted in educational, economics, social psychological and cultural needs. The data were collected from the whole country scale. For a data analysis, mean, frequency, percent, t-test and logistic analysis are used. Results indicate that 1) the caring needs of multiple supports on disabled parents were higher levels than non-disabled parents 2) disabled parents who live in small and medium area have higher social psychological and cultural needs than the metropolitan area. Disabled parents who have lower incomes show economics needs. 3) the results on logistic analysis, there are some differences in the variables of the disabled parents properties(residence, income) by caring needs of multiple supports(economics and social psychological needs).
