장애 유아의 통합 가능성과 지원망 구축에 관한 조사 연구

A Survey on the possibility of Inclusion of young children with special needs and the construction of supportive-network for Inclusion:Surveyed area : Kangdong-Ku, Seoul

본 연구는 강동구 내에 위치한 정규 일반유아 교육기관에의 장애유아 통합 가능성을 알아보고, 보다 효과적인 통합 지원망(supportive network) 구축을 위한 정보를 얻기 위해 선행되었다. 이를 위해 강동구내 총 162개 정규 유아교육기관(유치원과 어린이집)의 기관장(원장)을 대상으로 총 27개 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 우편을 통해 배포하였다. 결과 처리를 위해 수거된 49개의 사례를 SPSS로 빈도 및 교차 분석하였다. 이를 통해 강동구 내 일반 유아교육기관의 장애유아 통합 및 통합지원 수용 정도를 알아보고, 그 수용 정도와 기관의 규모, 설립 년도, 기관의 소속형태, 종교적 배경, 원장의 특수교육관련 과목(연수) 이수 경험이 유의미한 관계를 보이는지 살펴보며, 일반 유아교육기관의 장애유아 통합에 대한 일반적 견해의 경향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 강동구 내 일반유아교육기관의 통합교육에 대한 일반적 견해들을 알 수 있었다. 2. 통합지원을 원하는 기관 중 보다 확실하게 기관의 의사를 묻기 위해 직접 기관명을 기재하도록 하였는데, 총 27개 기관이 기관 명을 직접 기재하였다. 이는 162개의 강동구 내 일반유아교육기관의 17%를 차지하는 수이며, 설문에 응답 한 49개 기관의 55%를 차지하는 수이다. 3. 강동구 내 일반 유아교육기관의 장애유아 통합 및 특수교사 통합지원의 수용정도는 기관의 설립 년도, 규모, 소속 형태, 종교적 배경, 원장(기관장)의 특수교육 관련 과목 이수 여부와 유의미한 관계를 갖고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

This study investigated the possibility of 'Inclusion for young children with special needs' at regular educational institutes located in Kangdong-ku and information about the construction of effective supportive-network for inclusion. The questionnaire, which contains 27 question, were distributed through the mail to the 162 directors at regular education institutes for young children (kindergartens, day-care centers). Based on the responses from 49 directors, the result is examined by SPBS frequency and cross-tabulation analysis. The purposes of this study are to figure out the three things: the acception-level of the supportive inclusion and the inclusions, meaningful relation between the acception-level and several factors about the nstitutes(the size, the year of foundation, the type, the religious background, and the directors related experience about special education) and the general attitude toward about Inclusion for young children with special needs at regular education institute. The results are as follows: First, the general attitude toward inclusion for young children with special needs at regular institutes in Kangdong-ku can be inferred through this study. Second, to confirm the institutes' attitude about inclusive support by special educator were requested to fill out the exact name of the institute. 27 directors wrote their own name of institutes. This number occupies 17% of the whole amount of subjects(162) and 55% of the 49 responses. Third, the acception-level of inclusion and inclusive support by special educator do not have any relation with the institutes' factors like the size, the type, the religious background and the directors' related experience about special education.
