장애인 직업훈련 수료생 실태와 개선방안

Status of Persons with Disabilities after Completing Vocational Training Programs

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 직업훈련 수료생들의 취업 현황과 직업훈련 만족도를 조사하여 향후 직업훈련 서비스에서 필요한 개선 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법은 직업훈련 서비스를 받은 적이 있는 장애인을 대상으로 우편설문을 실시하였으며 연구에 참여한 인원은 377명이었다. 설문내용은 취업현황, 직업훈련의 유용성, 만족도, 직업훈련에 대한 요구 사항 등이었다. 아울러 장애인 직업훈련 서비스 개선방안으로는 다양한 직업훈련 분야, 적극적인 취업 서비스, 수준별 직업훈련, 지속적인 수료 후 지도가 논의되었다.

The study surveyed people with disabilities who completed vocational training programs on their status programs. The participants of the study were 377 individuals with disabilities who completed vocational training programs in 2002. The survey questionnaires included employment status, the value of vocational training, satisfactory level, and improvement needs of vocational training. Moreover, suggestions for better vocational training services for persons with disabilities, wider range of vocational training area, active employment service, different levels of vocational training programs, and continuous follow-up services, were discussed at the end.
