배움과 돌봄 학교공동체의 이념 탐색과 교육과정 운영 방안

The investigation of educational purposes and curriculum of school communities based on baeum and dolbom

본 연구는 배움과 돌봄 학교공동체의 개념과 교육이념을 밝히고, 이러한 교육이념에 부합하는 교육내용을 논리적으로 도출하고, 그것을 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 교육과정의 편성 방안과 운영 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 학교공동체 구축과 배움과 돌봄에 관한 문헌들을 분석하고 연구자의 현장 경험과 반성을 토대로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육이념은 구성원 모두가 나, 우리, 세계, 자연과의 관계에 대한 바른 성찰과 도덕적 실천력을 기르는 것과, 신체적 안전과 정신적 행복을 지향하며 서로의 자유를 존중하고 서로 신뢰하고 인내하며 서로에 대한 책임의식을 가지고 협력하는 힘을 기르는 것으로 규정할 수 있다. 둘째, 교육내용은 1)나의 관계, 우리의 관계, 나와 세계의 관계, 나와 자연의 관계에 대한 바른 성찰, 2)이러한 인식을 바탕으로 하는 도덕적인 실천, 3)서로의 자유를 존중, 4)서로를 신뢰하고 인내, 5)서로에 대한 책임의식과 협력하는 힘의 5가지로 요약된다. 셋째, 교육과정의 편성은 구조면에서 1)내용의 감축, 2)학교재량활동의 활용(대안교육 특성화학교에서의 특성화 교과 운영 도입), 3)통합과정의 편성, 4)교과목 집중이수, 5)학교 밖 경험학습을 인정하는 것이며, 운영 면에서는 배움과 돌봄의 교육이념과 내용이 반영되는 ‘삶을 말하는 수업’을 지향해야 한다는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational purposes, curriculum content, and curriculum design and implementation in school communities based on baeum and dolbom. The method of this study was to review and analyzed the related literatures to school communities with self-reflection on lived experience on school site. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the educational purposes of school communities based on baeum and dolbom was for all members to try to understand and practise the I-relation, we-relation, and I-world-natural world relation. And they should pursue health in body and mind, freedom, trust, responsibility, and cooperation. Second, the curriculum of school communities based on baeum and dolbom had to be consisted of contents acting up to educational purposes. Third, the curriculum of school communities based on baeum and dolbom had to designed to adhere the principles of the minimization of subjects and their content, the enlargement of school autonomic programs, the intensification of curriculum integration, concentration of completion of course of study, authorization of educational experience out of schools. Fourth, the curriculum of school communities based on baeum and dolbom had to implemented to be directed to teaching based on listening to lived lifes.
