The purpose of this study is how to design the human resource management system for high organizational commitment Recently, with the progress of the knowledge-information society, the importance of human resources management be presented. This study intends to define the high organizational commitment, and to interpret what kind of method of controlling the role of high commitment HRM can bring about even better organizational effectiveness. For this purpose, I first suggested an ideology and a concept of organizational commitment, and critically reviewed the prior research on practical theory of HRM for high organizational commitment. Finally, this study intends to theoretical and practical implications are also derived.
