This study attempted to establish the effect of the use Transactional Analysis (TA) on the character change possibility. The control group was similar to experimental group. But, There was a little score difference and NP is also the highest in the total distribution chart. The results was that establish the effect of TA on individual growth through group activity. This is the core of this study and it is worth to research. The hypothesis of the TA theory that human being can change one's character was established and the argument of Korea Transactional Analysis Association that TA become Korea state very well is applied parts. The limitation and complement of this resarch, and for further research course are discussed by this study.
