청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 요인분류

Facilitating Factors Classification for Successful School Adjustment

본 연구는 중·고등학생과 학교적응을 준비하는 학교 밖 청소년들의 학교적응을 촉진하는 요인이 무엇인지에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 선행연구들에서 밝혀진 요인들을 체계적으로 분류하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교적응 촉진요인에는 어떤 것들이 있으며 어떻게 분류될 수 있는가? 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구들을 통해 학교적응 촉진요인들에는 어떤 것이 있는지 파악하기 위하여 학교적응 촉진요인과 관련된 논문들 중 국내논문 88편, 해외논문 60편을 최종 선정하였다. 논문들을 분류한 결과, 학교적응 촉진요인은 '학교요인', '개인요인', '가정요인', '지역사회요인'으로 대분류되었으며 각각에 대한 중분류, 소분류, 측정요인 분류결과도 제시하였다. 이러한 분류결과를 바탕으로 교사와 학부모의 지도방향과 청소년 상담자의 역할, 후속연구에 대한 시사점이 무엇인지 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the facilitating factors that affect school adjustment from the studies of school adjustment and to cluster the factors. For these research purpose, the research questions were : (1) What are facilitating factors of school adjustment and how are those factors be categorized? In order to identify and classify key facilitating factors associated with school adjustment for at-risk students, 'facilitating factors for school adjustment' were derived by reviewing 148 studies about school adjustment and set up the wholistic classifying system of 'facilitating factors for school adjustment'. With the results, the facilitating factors for school adjustment were classified into areas of 'school', 'individual', 'family' and 'Community'. Each areas were classified into more specific parts. And the discussion of this study was provide.
