전문계 남자고등학생을 위한 대중매체 활용 성의식 증진 프로그램 개발

Development of a Sexual Consciousness Promotion Program Using Mass Media for the Specialty High School Boys

이 연구의 목적은 전문계 남자고등학생을 대상으로 대중매체 활용 성의식 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증해 보는데 있다. 이 연구는 박인우(1995)의 체계적인 상담 프로그램 개발 모형을 바탕으로 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안 및 적용의 과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구는 정확한 성지식의 습득을 위해 퍼즐, OX퀴즈 등 알고 있는 성지식을 점검해보고 왜곡된 성지식을 바로 잡을 수 있도록 하였다. 성충동성에서는 경험나누기를 통해 성적 욕구나 성충동은 누구나 겪을 수 있는 자연스러운 현상으로 인식하고, 자신에게 적절한 성적 충동과 욕구에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 데 주안점을 두었다. 그 결과, 대중매체 활용 성의식 증진 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 성의식은 통제집단의 변화와 유의한 변화를 나타냈으며, 성의식의 하위영역별로 분석해 보았을 때 실헙집단의 ‘성지식’, ‘성충동성’은 통제집단의 변화와 유의한 차이를 보였으나 ‘성태도’는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구는 대중매체 활용 성의식 증진 프로그램 개발로 성 에너지가 왕성한 전문계 남자고등학생들을 대상으로 정확한 성지식을 습득하고 건전한 성태도 확립 및 성충동 시 적절히 대처할 수 있도록 도움으로써 책임 있는 성행동을 실천할 수 있도록 활용될 수 있다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Sexual Consciousness Promotion Program systematically for specialty high school boy students and to validate the program. The process of this study was as follows: First, after reviewing the literature and exploring the experiences of teachers, the factors of the program were extracted. And then bibliotherapy program was constructed through the systematic counseling program development model. Lastly, the program was corrected based on professionals' consultation. The constructed program was consisted of 10 group counseling program sessions. The results of administering the constructed program to identified 20students showed that sexual consciousness of experimental group were improved significantly comparing with the control group.
