학력향상 지원에 대한 학부모와 교사의 견해 비교 분석

A Comparative Analysis of the Opinion of Parents and Teachers on the Issue of Support for Improved Student : Achievement Centered on the Small B province

이 연구는 학력향상에 대한 학부모와 중등교사의 견해를 비교·분석하여 소규모 군지역의 학력향상을 지원하는 방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 설문조사와 문헌분석 및 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 설문조사 겨로가, 학부모와 교사의 견해 차이는 모든 문항에서 유의미하게 나타났다. 분석 결과를 통해서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교교육에 대한 학부모의 의견을 수렴하고, 학부모가 학교교육에 직접적으로 참여할 수 있는 범위를 확대시키기 위한 행정적이고 제도적인 방안을 모색해야 한다. 둘째, 학부모의 학교 교육 참여시 교사의 교수활동과 교육권한에 대해서 학부모와 교사 간에 이견이 발생할 때, 이를 조정하기 위한 원칙과 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 소규모 군지역의 학력향상을 지원하는 방안은 지역의 특수성을 바탕으로 지역사회와 연계하여 마련되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find implications of support for improvement of student achievement in a small province by comparing and analyzing the opinions of parents and secondary school teachers. To do so, the employed methodologies are questionnaire research, material research and Literature review. As a result of data analysis, the differences between the opinions of parents and teachers are found to be statistically significant on all of the questionnaires. The conclusions are as follows: First, it is advisable that, even as administrative ways continue to be considered, parents' opinions on school education be heard in order to encourage parents participation in broad school education. Second, it is advisable that the way and principles by which to resolve possible conflicts between parents and teachers be implemented while parents participate into school education. Third, it is advisable that the ways to support for improvement of student achievement should be implemented based upon the particularity of the local area.
