토지이용정보체계구축 및 토지이용유형화에 관한 연구

Landuse Information System Construction and Landuse Pattern

토지이용정보는 각종 도시계획관련업무를 수행하는 과정에서 공통DB로 제공되는 기본데이터로서 그 활용도가 매우 크지만 토지이용정보구축에 대한 사업추진이 현재까지는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 도시계획의 기본이 되는 토지이용계획을 위해 각종 토지이용정보를 구축, 2차정보를 효율적으로 추출하는 방법 및 토지이용정보를 계획하에서 능동적으로 제공하기 위하여 시스템을 구축하였다. 그리고 앞에서 구축된 토지이용정보를 이용하여 도시토지용도 유형화기법을 연구함으로서 현재 표준화도지 못한 도시토지이용분류체계에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 하였으며, 현용도시정과의 정합성 여부도 판정할 수 있었다. 또한 현용도지정과의 부정합지역을 효과적으로 추출함으로서 장래 토지이용계획수립시 근거자료로서 그 활용가치가 클 것으로 기대된다.

Landuse information is base data being applied as common database in the process of executing urban project service and is very available. But, the progress of business on landuse information building is deficient yet. In this study, we'd like to deal with landuse information prejet is the base of urban project, many landuse in-formation building and the method of extraction of efficient second-information. Also, we built system to apply actively landuse information for urban projectors. And, we'd like to present the model on urban landuse cals-sification system that wouldn't be standard yet by studying the method of urban landuse pattern using landuse in-formation being built. Also, we can evaluate if the model of urban landuse pattern comes up to present landuse. We can expect it is a base data by extracting unsuitable area from present landuse efficiently when we construct landuse project.
