A Study on the Satisfaction Factors for Improving Multi-family Housing Management in Korea

1.CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to propose technical, institutional, and administrative policy to be needed for improving multi-family housing management. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of the Needs and Satisfaction of an occupants in Korea and the problems of multi-family housing management. Especially this study used to the crosstabulation analysis and the analysis of variance(ANOVA) (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In order to make for successful large-unit apartment management, it is important above all, that the construction authorities should reflect it thoroughly from the planning stage. 2. RESULTS Local authority need to play critical roles in the area of multi-family housing management and remodeling. Local authority should provide professional knowledge for education, direction and consultation of multi-family housing management rather keeping the previous role to control, manage and regulate it.
