Theoretical Approach to Real Estate Philocophy

1.CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Philosophy is, an inexcapable part of real estate. Philosophy is sometimes the object of natural philosophy, and it is sometimes the main reason of reason or value, existence or phenomenon. Indeed, a philosophical question should be raised about, every subject, studies. This is due to the fact that questions concerning purpose and value are foundational to every human endeavor. Therefore, wisdom dictates that a proper philosophy of real estate be formed. The purpose of this thesis is to be establish a definition of real estate philosophy. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review. Domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, magazines, etc. are used. And, this thesis use the descriptive, exploratory, and analyzical methods incorporating literary research methods by examining various kinds of materials such as domestic or overseas books and theses. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS To formulate a theory or logical system of real estate, it's necessary to examine a real estate in the context of philosophical science. Accordingly, the relationship between real estate and philosophy is examined. On this basis the basic problem of real estate is best understood. 2. RESULTS Real estate is developing as a synthetic applied science, together with various related science. The task needs more illustration as an ontological task which probes the intrinsic nature of the object of existence, Futhermore, the epistemological task needs a new paragraph to develop. Real estate philosophy may not be separated from other philosophical subjects and it should maintain a proper relationship with other sciences. Thus real estate theory is also formed through broad relations with real estate philosophy
