1.CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of research is follows: as the accidents of real estate transaction have been being intelligent and extensively, through the analyzing the main cause, it is in keeping the safety of transaction and having transparency from the process of it. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The method of this research is to collect the real cases of trials from the lower court basic court without any pre-condition and show its measures to cope with possible future happenings. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS After grasping and comprehension the main cause through analyzing the real provious cases, it tried to contribute to make the safety of real estate transaction whit providing the counter-measures. 2. RESULTS Prevention is absolutely important above all, when the accidents happen, as the complete recovery is almost impossible. In this regard, it is required to be a professional expertises of real estate agents, giving the public trust of registration acknowledged, and to make active enhancing the escrow.
