Resolving Measures of Long-Delayed School Facilities Site in Public Development Project Area

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find out the solutions of long-delayed school facilities site. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on cash flow analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the Korean Land & Housing Corporation in 2007. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, The best alternative to the inside of theree alternatives of principal is the equal payments of principal. 2. RESULTS This study offers alternatives to improve supply process of lone-delayed school facilities site in Korea. The results of this study can be summarized that diverse methods for supply process should be prepared in the case of long-delayed school facilities site.
