A Theoretical Approach toward Agricultural Land Rent

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this dissertation is to make a theoretical sutdy of the Agricultural land rent. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review such as paper, books, etc and expert opinions. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The major finding of this study are summarized as following : Differential land rent theory ignore the important of location problem and did not explain marginal land rent. Location differential land rent theory criticized the use of abstract proposition but it explain the location rent in morden city. Absolute land rent theory can be applied both Agricultural land and non Agricultural land. But it contradict private ownership of land in modern society 2. RESULTS This study is not purposeful to analyze past inconsistency by present level. It is unreasonableness that Agricultural Land Rent theory applies in morden city land. But classical land rent theory become starting point of the theoretical development in land utilization and basis of city development in present age.
