1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Under the present equivalence exchange condition which is changing day by day, not only real estate but architecture market needs new analytical techniques that help to cope with new circumstances. (2) RESEARCH FINDINGS Reference to various documentary records, theses, and Internet (3) RESEARCH RESULTS The results of this study are as follows, suggesting the equivalence exchange method development planning process and factors 2. RESULTS The public relation is definitely needed due to lack of cases about present equivalence exchange. If government and public offices introduce the equivalence exchange at first, active and further study will be accomplished. If that happens, correct standard will be established and realistic/adequate measures will be amended step by step. These all factors makes me expect to magnify the project regarding to equivalence exchange method that creates synergy effect for landowners and developers.
