Historical Overview Of Industrial Education

산업교육제도는 국가나 지방에 따라서 혹은 역사적 배경에 따라 그 내용과 형식이 달라진다 한 국가의 산업교육은 전체 사회적 관련성을 고려할 때, 각기 제도에 다라 혹은 기업별로 뚜렷한 산업교육훈련을 목적으로 하는 하나의 제도로 전개․발전된다 역사적으로 보면 이들은 서로 연결되고 수평적으로 전개되며 시간적으로는 서로 전후로 밀착해서 진행된다 이런 차원에서 본 논문의 목적은 역사적인 관점과 시각에서 대만의 산업교육의 소개와 전개과정에 대한 재조명을 통해 정책적 혹은 관리적 시사점을 도출하려는데 있다 이를 위해 연구조사의 설계는 산업교육시스템, 산업교육 교과과정 및 산업교육 교수법에 맞추어졌다

This study investigated the historical views and perspectives of industrial education in Taiwan on various aspects of the introduction and development of industrial education The design of research primarily concerned three areas the industrial educational system, the industrial educational curriculum, the industrial educational teaching techniques To bring the industrial education to the fore of attention, the trend in industrial education in the U.S. is first introduced Hopefully, the heightened awareness of the issues will spur a healthy debate and contribute to accelerating the globalization process that is qweeping across Korea
