[유치원 지도서](2009)에 수록된 유아 조형활동 분석

An Analysis of Art Activities for Children as Recorded in the 2009 Kindergarten Guide

본 연구의 목적은 2007개정 유치원 교육과정에 기초한 교사용 지침서인 [유치원 지도서](교육과학기술부, 2009)에 수록된 유아조형교육관련 활동들을 분석하여 유아기 조형교육에 대한 시각을 재조명 해보고자 함이다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 조형활동의 생활주제별 분포 및 교육과정 내용의 분포가 편중되어 있으며, 둘째, 연령별로 교육과정의 내용이 상이하게 포함되어 있고, 셋째, 표현활동의 유형이 한 두 가지 활동에 편중되어 있으며, 생활주제에 따라, 연령에 따라, 활동유형별 비중이 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 유아조형교육 및 교사용 지도서에 관한 논의점과 시사점에 대해 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the activities related to art education for children as recorded in the latest Kindergarten Guide (Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, 2009) for teachers, which is based on the 2007 Revised National Kindergarten Curriculum, and reexamine the perspectives on art education for hildren. The results of the study are summarized as follows: first, the distribution of life themes and curriculum content in art activities was uneven; second, the curriculum content was applied differently for each age group; third, the types of self-expression activities were mainly limited to a couple of activities and the ratio of activity types were different for each age group. Based on these results, discussion points and implications for art education for children and teacher’s guide were presented.
