Since the introduction of e-Trade concept in 2001, much progress of e-trade such as improvement of law and institution, system integration and user expansion have been made However, it is not enough to satisfy trade communities and organizations with the application of e-Trade platform called uTradehub There are still many assignments to address e-Trade development In this regard, this study will suggest the building of future strategy for improvement of e-Trade service First of all, this paper provides the basic threes principles for propulsion direciton and establish four targets with vision which could be achieved The specific steps for the improvement of e-Trade service are utilized by two factors using internal and external resources, system modification and supplementation related to e-Trade Using internal and external resources means service contents of e-Trade The degree of system modification means service contents developed for specific business achievement In order to propel the improvement of e-Trade service, the four steps such as replection step, correction step, connection step, development step might have to be accomplished well sequentially
