The purposes of this study were to verify how internal marketing activities and their effects on employee's job satisfaction and examine the relation between comsumer orientation and turnover intention To achieve the purposes, a questionnare was conducted to 420 hair shop's employees Data were analyzed by structure equation modeling of Amos 4 0 and SPSS 10 0 program The results of this study were summarizes as follow First, internal marketing activities were related positively to employee's job satisfaction Second, the employee's job satisfaction was related positively to onsumer orientation Third, the employee's job satisfaction was related negatively to turnover intention
