Effect on human hair dyeing properties of Henna by natural mordant

The purpose of this study is that improving a human hair dyeing properties of henna using natural mordant. The result of dyeing hair with mixtures with henna and extracted solution from water, coffee, green-tea leaf and nut, which can use as a natural mordant, at a ratio of 1 to 3, shows that the human hair dyeing properties of extracted solution green-tea leafmixture, which contains a great deal of tannin, is the best and nut, a coffee and water is next in that order. In case of human hair dyeing with the mixtures after heat treatment, the results of using mixture of coffee's extracted solution and distilled water showed superior hair dyeing property when using heat treatment, however, the results of green-tea leaf and nut showed opposite results. The hair dyeing property were increased as leaving time goes on, however, after 30 mm, they were preferably decreased.
