핀란드 교육의 성공 요인 분석과 논의

The Analysis and Argument of Successful Education’s Factors in Finland

본 연구는 최근 세계적으로 교육성공 국가로 인정받고 있는 핀란드 교육성공의 배경이 되는 원인들을 철학적으로 분석하여 그것들의 가치를 확인하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다.핀란드는 PISA에서 시행한 평가에서 3회(2000,2003,2006년)에 걸쳐 변함없이 읽기,수학,과학에서 세계 최고의 성과를 올렸다.이에 대한 원인을 탐색하기 위해 많은 연구들이 다각적인 시각에서 진행되었다.따라서 본 연구는 핀란드 교육성공 원인을 분석한 연구들의 결과로 제시된 다양한 원인들 중 공통된 요인을 추출하여,핀란드 교육을 성공적으로 이끈 교육적 의미와 가치를 논의하고자 하였다. 핀란드 교육의 성공 요인을 분석 및 논의한 결과,핀란드의 교육이념은 통합교육에서,교육제도는 종합학교 개혁에서,교육과정은 자율성과 책무성의 극대화에서 학생지원은 학교복지의 수혜자 관점에서,교원교육과 교직관은 전문성과 자율성의 보장에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of educational success in Finland philosophically and to identify these values.Finland is winning a world recognition as a successful nation in education recently.Because Finland unchangingly got the highest grades of reading,mathematics,and science of PISA over three times(2000,2003,2006).To inquiry the causes of this,many researches were done from a viewpoint of many-sides around the world.So,this study was to draw out the common factors from various causes as a result of what product educational success in Finland and to discuss the meaning of that. In the result of this study,the successful education in Finland has asignificance in the viewpoint ofintegrated education to educational idea ls,comprehensive school to educational system,maximization of anatomy and accountability to curriculum, beneficiary of school we lf are to student support,and professionalism and autonomy to teacher’seducation.We will make these of good model for our public education.
