한국전쟁기 임시수도 부산지역의 피난학교 연구

The Secondary Education in the State of Refuge in the Area of Busan,Temporary Capital During the Korean War

이 논문은 한국전쟁기 임시수도 부산의 피난학교의 교육 상황에 대한 연구이다.한국전쟁기의 임시수도였던 부산지역의 교육에 대한 연구는 한국 현대교육사 이해의 필수적인 요소이며,지역교육사와 평화교육의 측면에서도 의의를 지닌다.본문에서는 한국 전쟁 발발 당시부터 이듬해 피난학교가 본격적으로 개설되기까지의 상황,한국전쟁기의 교육행정과 재정,그리고 피난학교의 교육과정과 학사 등의 내용을 고찰하였다.연구 자료로서는 정부 공문서,신문자료,학교사 자료,구술사 자료를 활용하였다.연구의 범위는 중등학교를 위주로 하였다.연구결과,한국전쟁기 부산지역의 피난학교에서는 비록 전쟁이라는 극단적 상황 하에서도 교육활동을 지속해왔을 뿐 아니라 현대교육사의 중요 정책들도 입안,시행함으로써 한국 현대교육의 토대를 마련하였다는 것과 반공을 본질로 하는 국가 정체성과 국민 정체성 교육을 정규 및 비정규 교과를 통해 지속적으로 실시하였다는 것을 동시에 확인했다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the secondary education in the state of refuge in the area of Busan,temporary capital during the Korean war. This Paper is divided into five chapters.In chapter Ⅱ,‘Education during the early stage of the Korean war’,I will examine educational conditions from the outbreak of war to opening days of refuge school.InchapterⅢ,‘Educational administration and finance of refuge school’,I will examine educational administration and finance of refuge school during the Korean War.In chapter Ⅳ,‘Curriculum and schooling schedule of refuge school’,I will examine curriculum and schooling schedule of secondary school in the state ofrefuge in the area of Busan.In chapter Ⅴ, ‘Conclusion’,I tried to elucidate historical significance of the secondary education in the state of refuge in the area of Busan,temporary capital during the Korean war. Studies show that refuge schools in Busan has considerable significance as a base of modern Korean education.
