2년제 대학의 물류학과 교과목 선정을 위한집단 간의 인식차이 실증분석

Positive Analysis of Cognitive difference among groups for the curriculum selection of distribution course in 2-year college

물류기업에서는 학생들이 졸업 후 물류현장에 즉시 활용할 수 있는 전문 인력의 필요성을 절실히 요구하고 있는 것으로 파악되고 있다. 물류기업의 요구를 반영하기 위한 대학의 교과목 선정 또한 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 물류기업 그리고 물류학과가 개설된 대학의 교수, 물류관련 연구기관, 정부 관계자 등의 설문을 통하여 의견을 수렴하고 외국어부문, 물류실습부문, 물류이론 과목으로 분류하여 중요도 및 교과목 선정관련 만족도를 평가하고 집단 간의 인식차이를 실증분석 하였다. 이러한 물류학과 교과목 선정을 위한 집단 간의 인식차이 실증분석에 대한 연구는 향후 2년제 대학의 물류학과 교과목 선정에 중요한 시사점을 제공하며, 물류현장에서 요구하는 교육이 이루어 질 수 있어 산학협력에 많은 도움이 될 것이며 나아가 실무에 맞는 물류인력공급으로 이어져 물류산업발전에 기여 할 것으로 기대된다.

It is known that distribution companies require the necessity of immediate utilization of students right after graduation as professionals. It is judged that curriculum selection in college is also inportant in order to respond to distribution companies' requirement. In this study, opinions of distribution companies, distribution-related research institutes, government executives, and college professors of distribution course were collected, and by classifying those into foreign language part, distribution practice part, distribution theory part, satisfactory level was checked and positive analysis was done among groups. This study for Positive Analysis of Cognitive difference among groups for the curriculum selection of distribution course will further provide important implications in curriculum selection of distribution course in 2-year college, and educations to meet the needs of distribution field will support in academic-industrial cooperation and will furthermore lead to distribution manpower supply for field work and its contributions to development of distribution industry are expeced.
