동아시아 물류시스템과 일본 물류인프라의 과제

East Asian Logistics System and Japanese Logistics Infra-Tasks

동아시아물류의 최근 발전은 한편에서 세계물류의 양적성장을 견인하고, 다른 한편에서는 동아시아경제권 상호의존성의 심화과정으로, 글로벌물류와 SCM이 본격적으로 전개되는 단계에 이르고 있다. 일본의 물류시스템은 동아시아경제권의 확산․심화 과정에서 동아시아 물류시스템의 이중 발전프로세스의 연결점에 위치한다고 말할 수 있다. 일본 국내 관점에서 보면 이미 물동량 증가를 수반하지 않는 성숙형 사회물류시스템으로서의 고도화 과정에 있다. 이와 같은 동아시아물류흐름을 염두에 두면서 본 논문에서는 동아시아물류시스템 내에서 지속적인 성장을 추구하는 일본물류시스템의 변화와 과제에 대해 연구해 본다.

East Asian logistics current growth has lead global logistics and SCM to the level of full-scale development as aiming to have quantitative growth in world logistics in one hand and increasing mutual dependence among the East Asian Economic Bloc on the other. Japanese logistics system has became the connecting point of the double layer development process in the deepening·spreading procedure of the East Asian Economic Bloc. Japan has already accepted a mature social logistics system by enhancing usability without increasing logistics volume. While having the flow of East Asian logistics in mind, this paper will study on Japanese logistics system's changes and tasks in pursuing a constant development in the East Asian Logistics system.
