본 연구에서는 물류서비스 아웃소싱 계약과 관련된 문헌 연구와 물류서비스 제공기업의 실제 계약사례를 분석하였다. 우선 물류서비스를 서비스패러다임의 관점에서 정의하고, 서비스 및 아웃소싱과 관련된 이론적 고찰을 진행하였다. 또한 국내의 주요 3PL기업 두 개사를 대상으로 물류서비스 계약 사례를 조사하여, 물류서비스 계약의 형태를 분석하였다. 이러한 이론적 고찰 및 사례분석을 통해 물류아웃소싱을 위한 서비스 계약형태의 구조를 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 물류아웃소싱의 계약관련 연구에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시하는 것이며, 본 연구의 결과를 통해 향후 물류서비스 품질과 고객만족 같은 물류아웃소싱 관련 만족도를 향상시키는 계약방식에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 도움이 되리라 기대한다.
In this study, we perform the extensive literature reviews regarding the contract mechanisms for logistics outsourcing and analyze the real business cases for outsourcing logistics services provided by two domestic 3PL companies. Our basic initiative is to view the logistics service contracts in terms of service paradigm and review the critical theories dealing with outsourcing and service. Furthermore, we investigate the real cases for logistics service contracts in these two 3PL companies. As a result, on a basis of literature reviews and the real business cases, we propose the framework formalizing the operational procedures of the logistics service contracts. It is expected that this study provides an interesting viewpoint triggering the successive works dealing with the contract mechanisms for logistics outsourcing between service provider and service user. Also, we hope that the results of this study might be utilized to increase the satisfaction of logistics outsourcing by improving service quality and customer service level.
