여성결혼이민자의 사회적 지지 및 결혼만족과 양육행동에 관한 연구

Marital satisfaction and social supports of the female marriage immigrant influencing on the parenting behavior

본 연구는 자녀를 둔 다문화가정의 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 자녀양육에서 사회적 지지 및 결혼만족과 양육행동 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 연구대상은 충청북도에 거주하고 자녀를 양육한 경험이 있는 174명의 여성결혼이민자(중국, 일본, 베트남, 필리핀 등)이다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 여성결혼이민자의 결혼만족은 3.45/5점으로 보통 이상 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성결혼이민자의 양육행동은 배우자 지지, 배우자 외 지지, 그리고 결혼만족과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성결혼이민자의 배우자 지지는 결혼만족과 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타난 반면 배우자 외 지지는 결혼만족과 양육행동에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여성결혼이민자의 결혼만족은 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간에 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정의 여성결혼이민자가 긍정적 양육행동을 더 많이 제공 할 수 있는 구체적인 방안에 관해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of marital satisfaction and social supports of the female marriage immigrants on parenting behavior. The subjects were the 174 female marriage immigrants(China, Japan, Philippine, Vietnam, etc.) who have children living in Chungcheongbuk-do. The result of this study are as followings. First, the mean score of marital satisfaction is 3.45(s.d=0.85) from 5 points Likert scale. This is higher than the medium level of the scales. Second, parenting behavior of the female marriage immigrants was significantly related to husband support, those who from family other members and marital satisfaction. Third, husband support have influence on the marital satisfaction and parenting behaviors significantly, but other family member support have no influence on the parenting behavior and marital satisfaction. And marital satisfaction of female marriage immigrants do not intervene between social support and parenting behavior. Based on the results, implications for improvement about the parenting behaviors of female marriage immigrants were discussed.
