지적측량성과관리시스템의 개선에 관한 연구

A study on the Improvement of Cadastral surveying Result Management System

본 연구에서는 분산 · 관리되고 있는 지적정보에 지적측량성과정보를 새로 추가하여 통합하기 위해, 현재 사용되고 있는 지적관련 응용시스템을 통한 지적측량성과관리체계를 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 필지속성의 고도화와 지적측량성과구분표(가칭)를 제안하였다. 연구결과 필지속성의 고도화를 통해 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)의 전산파일(CIF)에 필지의 기본속성과 함께 사용기준점, 기준점의 X · Y변위량, 측정결정성과, 회전여부, 측량연혁 등을 추가하여 일필지와 관련된 측량기본정보를 일괄적으로 조회함으로써 업무의 효율성을 높일 수 있었다. 그리고 지적측량성과구분표를 지적관련 응용시스템에 적용함으로써 측량성과가 응용시스템을 통해 시각적으로 관리되어 정보취득이 용이하게 되었다. 이상과 같이 본 연구에서 제안한 방법으로 지적측량성과를 관리함으로써, 측량수행자의 업무 효율화에 기여하고 반복적으로 이루아지는 지적측량에서 측량성과의 일관성을 유지하는데 유용함을 알아내었다.

This study tried to build a cadastral surveying result management system through a cadastral-based application system that is used in present for unifying a cadastral surveying result information to a cadastral information which has broken up and managed. For that, this study suggested advancement of property parcels, a cadastral surveying result classified table (a tentative name). The result of study is that is able to grow up the effect works with reviewing across the board of the surveying basic information related with a parcel to add a reference point for using, deflection value of X · Y on a regerence point, a surveying result, rotation availability and a surveying history with basic properties of a parcel on the computer files(CIF) in Korea Land information System(KLIS) Through advancement of property parcels. Furthemore, it is easy to get the information because the surveying result is managed visually through an application system as fitting a cadastral surveying result classified table to the application system related with a land register. Like this above, with managing a cadastral surveying result with the way suggested in this study, it contributed to be efficiency and it is very useful to maintain consistency of the survey result in a cadastral surveying
