Based on literature review and a case study of Dell Company on global e-SCM, this study analysed the interactions between successful global e-SCM strategy and corporate competencies. Global e-SCM strategy such as, which surrounding core competencies make company keep sustainable competencies. Especially, this study analysed the 3 factors( IT, organization, partnership, operation) which influence the successful Global e-SCM strategy, and examined the correlation between global e-SCM strategy and corporate competencies.
