농촌여성 평생학습센터사업의 학습자 만족도 가중치 부여 평가방식의 유효성 탐색

Exploratory Analysis on the Validity of Weighting Evaluation Method for Learner's Satisfaction level of Rural Women Lifelong Learning Center Work

본 연구의 목적은 평생학습사업에 대한 학습자의 만족도를 평가함에 있어서 가중치 부여 평가방식의 적용이 필요함을 계량적으로 탐색하기 위해, 농촌여성 평생학습센터사업을 사례로 가중치 부여 평가방식과 단순 평가방식에 의한 차이를 비교분석하여 그 유효성을 밝히는 것이었다. 연구의 결과는 농촌여성 평생학습센터사업에 대한 학습자 만족도 점수가 단순 평가방식과 가중치 부여 평가방식 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 확인되었으며, 이것은 학습자 만족도와 관련된 평가영역과 평가지표에 대해 수리적 가중치를 부여한 효과에 의해 비롯된 것으로 해석된다. 그러므로 이 연구는 평가의 정확성과 활용성 차원에서 평생학습사업의 학습자 만족도 평가를 실시함에 있어서 가중치 부여 평가방식을 적극적으로 활용하는 이론적 근거를 제시하고 있는 바, 앞으로 평생학습사업에 대한 학습자 만족도를 평가함에 있어서 평가의 맥락과 상황이 반영된 가중치 부여 평가방식의 평가모델을 구안하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of weighting evaluation method for learner's satisfaction level on lifelong learning project by testing statistically the differences of the learner's satisfaction level scores calculated in non-weighting evaluation method and in weighting evaluation method on rural women lifelong learning center work as one meaningful case. The results of study were as following. First, the weighting values of each evaluation domain and index selected in this study is produced by statistical techniques. Second, the significant differences between learner's satisfaction level scores of non-weighting evaluation method and of weighting evaluation method was identified statistically in the regional and total data. It would be interpreted that those differences were caused by the effect of weighting on the selected evaluation domain and index. Based on above results, it would be stressed that weighting evaluation method should be applied in the practical fields of the lifelong learning works in terms of evaluation accurateness and its usefulness.
