A Study of the Exemption Regulation of Import & Export Approval System of Foreign Trade Act

This study suggested improvement plan of exemption regulation of Import & Export Approval System. As a result, we discovered big estrangement between target item and exemption extent of import/export approval in Foreign Trade Act. Therefore, we proposed exemption regulation of import/export approval divide by preservation, correction and delete. First, In exemption regulation of export license in Foreign Trade Act, trade activation regulation and the public service security regulation will have to be kept continuously. Second, In exemption regulation of import license in Foreign Trade Act, trade activation regulation and import regulation of urgent goods appeared should keep continuously. Hereafter, deep study of this field may have to be achieved.
