About the right of sunshine protection of students using school facility

The sunshine means the direct ray of light from the sun and right of sunshine means the right to enjoy the profit from the direct ray of light. Primary school students using school facility spend more than at least 200 days in school even if the vacations and holidays are not counted. The time being spent in school is the time that sunshine is being reflects the most. Moreover, the primary school students continuously attend school for six years from their initial admission unless transferring to other school. This period is three times longer than ordinary leasing term of two years. Accordingly, it can be said that these students should have adequate qualification to receive protection of right of sunshine.
