This research examined An Empirical Study of Spillover Effect of Information Technology Industries. According to the research results, the effects are as follows. First, reform skill of information communication device industry laying stress on employment principal parts effect ripple effect appear while reform skill of information communication service industry laying stress on Employment Generation Effects ripple effect form. Second, ripple effect about information device reform skill and move of information service reform skill shows variously according to industry. Third, industry that cost-cutting effect takes effect in information communication service industry is not more in 3 industries. That is, effect that technography link structure gets in expense rescue of each industry shows vulnerability of knowledge link structure between industry fragmentarily as meaning that is weak relatively.
