A Study of the Improvements of Import Approval System of Raw Material for Acquisition of Foreign Currencies in Korea.

The Foreign Trade Act. is fundamental law of trade. The third chapter of this study that examine the Import Approval System of raw material for acquisition of foreign currencies and shows 2 problem. Approval items of import license target and raw material for acquisition of foreign currencies is reducing since 1997 years. So, we will recognize the need of correction and contents arrangement of Import Approval System related raw material for acquisition of foreign currencies. The fourth chapter of this study presented improvement plan of foreign trade statute and government official regulation concretely. We will have to arrange the regulation related Import Approval System of raw material for acquisition of foreign currencies. Especially, we will have to erase ‘beef’ that is the food of sightseeing article and articles for ship and arrange sharply the regulation from article 59 to article 68 contents.
