A Study of the Application of Import Approval System of Raw Material for Acquisition of Foreign Currencies

This study is shown interview result about practical use of this system. , we knew that this system was not used entirely, because Import restriction of Foreign Trade Act.(article 16, 4 clauses) disappeared. This system improvement will have to be proceeded through method of improvement, abrogation, repletion of purchase confirmation system. First, government corrects contents of Foreign Trade Act. article 16 the first clause actually to give importers real benefit. Second, if improvement of this system is impossible, government will have to abrogate this system. Third, government will have to supplement blank by activating purchase confirmation system more for reduction of export support system by abrogation of this system.
