The Study on the Exemption of Liability of Carrier and Export Insurance for the Risk of the Sea Defense

Among carriage by sea, contract damage insurance contract by method managing about danger that happen. Specially, insured person uses mainly method that utilize marine insurance that goods or vessel is management method that compensate injury that happen for insurable property about danger of carriage by sea. Because become factor that carter's indemnity item can damage to export trader in international goods transfer, to ready systematic device in reply is urgent. So, I will take charge of big part planning extension and development of export insurance by including this to export insurance use item. Though this study considers plan that reduce economical loss and damage of strong liquor connecting this with export insurance in case of damage by danger of sea characteristic is carter's indemnity item, there is purpose of study.
