The purpose of this article is to study on the preliminary review on the Darft of UCP 600 issued by ICC on 6 June, 2006. This draft incorporates a number of changes from UCP 500 and will come into effect on 1 July, 2007. The draft are the result of more than three years of intensive work by the banking commission. It incorporates changes made upon the Drafting Group's review of comments submitted by National Committees to the March 2006 draft.
