發育發達의 樣相에 따른 Coach의 指導指針에 관한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to examin the guideline of coaches depending upon the aspect of growth and development, this syudy can summarize it as follows : 1. In the guideline of coaches toward elementary school students, a concrete learning method and leading method by groups on the strength of the development of mind and body is effective. 2. In the guideline of coaches toward middle school students, a scientific and theoretical atmosphere is needed in guidance of sports techique and coaches should decrease restraint and limit of each player`s behavior and have understanding and reliance to listen attendtively to players opinions and so have to bring up players autonomy and self-respect. 3. In the guideline of coaches toward high school students, a unilateral oppression is apt to arouse repulsion so coaches give players self-confidence to take out tremendous energy and accelerate the colleague`s lineup of a team and have to select a good captain of a team. 4. In the guideline of coaches toward college students, coaches avoid a uniform leading method and they should catch the cause of motivation about each player`s expectation and requirement definitely and it is important for them to cope with it.
