Teakwendo of a capitalism country, Korea was the cultural product in a multiracial country, U.S.A. I think that the power Teakwendo can take a root in American society is the constant effort ; the master grasp a target, that is, American and they import the business concept, `franchise` with the cultural product `Teakwendo`. The soft with strong and small with large movements is the right thing for American who has been accustomed to sports. As stated above, Pumse and Gyekpa stimulated the motive of training to American who like to express. Teakwendo was eligibility in view of not only American physical health but also mental value. I assert that Teakwendo was suitable military arts for American. The aspect of functional of oriental military arts is natural and it can have the power of competition as the spreader of culture the master who understand philosophical concept `moderation` called the best of oriental military arts and the foundation of it, that is, extermination of mental world from self-discipline. It should be changed by program which was driven out the value, the self culture of body and spirit and the word of spirit of oriental philosophy of training of military arts. That`s why the functional training of oriental military arts is not all parts of it.
