쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이팅 선수의 심리기술수준에 관한 연구

This study is aimed to provide the characteristic of psychological techniques level of short track speed skating players and basic material by studying the psychological techniques of short track speed skating players using tests and understanding it by difference in sex, experience and achievement level The study was carried out based on 120 male-female, Middle and high school, College and unemployed players registered in the korea skating Union. It was developed based on the study of Smith, Schutz, Small & Ptacet(1950) and measured through the ACSI-28(Athletic Coping Skills inventory-28) used by Kim Hyung Seok(2005). In order to recognize the psychological technique difference between sexes the t-test was carried out and to recognize the psychological technique difference by experience and achievement level the One-way anova was used. The result is as follow: First, The average difference of psychological techniques between sexes, excluding the relieve pressure factor, such as coping with adversity, pleading under pressure, goal setting/mental preparation, concentration, freedom from worry, was higher in women than men but statistically there was no significant difference in all 7 factors. Second, a significant difference was found statistically in goal setting/mental preparation, confidence/achievement, coping with adversity and relive pressure when measured by experience. According to Post-verification results, the goal setting/mental preparation factor in players with less than 4 years or 4-8 years experience was lower compared with the goal setting/mental preparation level in players with 8-12 years experience. The confident/achievement level in players less than 4 years experience was lower compared with players with more than 12 years experience. Coping with adversity level was higher in players with 8-12 and more years experience than players with less than 4 years experience, showing that longer the experience is higher is the level of coping with adversity. Third, only a .005 difference in pleading under pressure was foung statistically in players by achievement level. According to Post verification results, the level of pleading under pressure of players of International convention standing and National convention stadings were higher compared to players with experience in other standings.
