결혼이주여성 지원정책의 체계적 개선

Systematic suggestions for improvement of policy about female marriage immigrants in Daegu & Gyeongbuk

본 연구의 목적은 급증하고 있는 결흔이주여성의 안정적인 정착을 지원하고 인력을 효율적으로 활용하기위한 체계적인 정책적 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 다루어진 연구내용들은 다음과 같다. 첫째， 결혼이주여성의 증가 원인과 현황을 대구·경북을 중심으로 분석하였다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성 지원 정책과 현안을 대구·경북을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 셋째, 결혼이주 여성에 대한 지원과 활용을 위한 외국의 정책사례를 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하였다. 넷째， 결혼 이주여성에 대한 지원과 활용을 위한 정책의 체계적인 개선방안을 대구·경북을 중심으로 탐색 하였다. 결론적으로, 대구·경북지역 결혼이주여성 지원정책의 체계적 개선방안을 법적·구조적 측면에서, 사회·문화·경제적 측면에서 그리고 교육적 측면에서 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to suggest the improvement of policy about female marriage immigrants in Daegu & Gyeongbuk. For this study researcher carried out survey and analysis as follows: Analyzing the causes of female marriage immigrants increase. Exploring the policies about female marriage immigrants. Explaining the problems of the policies about female marriage immigrants. Explaining the characteristics of the policies about female marriage immigrants in foreign countries. Systematic suggestions for improvement of policy about female marriage imm igrants. However, Improvements of policy about female marriage immigrants were suggested in the legal, socio-economic, cultural and educational respects.
