건강가정지원센터 사업의 가족다양화 수용

The Acceptance of Family Diversity : Focused on programs of Healthy Family Support Centers in Busan

우리사회의 가족은 다양하게 변화하고 있다 본 연구는 부산지역 건강가정지원센터에서 실시한 가족상담사업, 가족교육사업, 가족문화서업의 내용을 통하여 다양한 가족들이 각 영역별 프로그램에 어느 정도 참여하고 있는지를 조사하였다 연구방법은 내용분석법으로, 연구자료는 공개된 2007년도의 부산지역의 3개 건강가정지원센터 사업보고서이었다 내용분석을 위해 프로그램 주제 분류, 주제별 프로그램 참여대상 분류로 단계별 유목화를 시행하였다 연구결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 2007년 부산지역 건강가정지원센터에서 실시한 가족상담(집단상담 중심)프로그램은 총 42건으로 가족형태에 관계없이 이루어진 일반가족 대상 프로그램이 32(76.2%)이였고, 다양한 가족 대상 프로그램이 10(23.8%)이었다 다양한 가족은 한부모가족(6건), 결혼이민자가족(1건), 수형자가족(2건), 시설가족(1건) 대상이었다 둘째, 가족교육영역에서 다양한 가족을 대상으로 한 프로그램은 모두 5건으로 한부모가족(1건), 노인가족(2건), 결혼이민자가족(2건)이었다 셋째, 가족문화사업에서 다양한 가족을 대상으로 한 프로그램 9건 중 결혼이민자가족을 위한 프로그램이 5건으로 가장 많았고 그외 한부모가족(1건), 노인가족(2건), 조손가족(1건)대상 이었다 결론적으로 부산지역 건강가정자원센터의 2007년도 프로그램은 다양한 가족의 출현이 높아지는 사회현상에도 불구하고 프로그램에서 폭넓게 대상화하고 있지 못하고 향후 다양한 가족 대상의 사업 개발이 필요하다.

Families in our society are being diversified This study reviewed the contents of Family Counseling Programs, Family Education Programs, and Family Counseling Programs, and Family Cultural Programs executed by Healthy Family Support Centers in Busan, and surveyed the participation of diverse families in such programs of each area This study was conducted through Content Analysis, which analyzed program reports published in 2007 by three Healthy Family Support Center in Busan In the analysis, we performed stepwise classification, classifying the programs according to their theme and then classifying diverse families sho participated in the programs of each theme according to variant family type The results of this study were as follows First, in 2007 a total of 42 Family Counseling (centering on group counseling) Programs were executed by the Healthy Family Support Centers in Busan Among them, 32 (76.2%) were for ordinary families and 10 (23.8%) were for diverse families including single-parent families (6), marriage migrant families (1), prisoner families (2), and asylum families (1), Second, a total of 5 Family Education Programs were executed for diverse families including single-parent families (1), old aged families (2), and marriage migrant families (2) Third, a total of 9 Family Cultural Programs (5), single-parent families (1), old aged families (2), and grandparent-grandchild families (1) In conclusion, although the number of diverse families is increasing in our society, programs executed in 2007 by Healthy Family Support Centers in Busan did not cover a broad range of diverse families Thus, it is necessary to develop new programs for diverse types of diverse families
