This study was performed to analyze the university students' perception of eco-friendly consciousness and of eco-friendly fashion fabric. The students tend to take a very positive action for the purpose of saving the electric energy, for example, like turning off the electric switches of unnecessary bulbs, and using electric fans instead of air-conditioners in summer or adjusting the thermo-switches properly to save the energy when heating or cooling the indoors. But in case of using water when they wash their hands or faces, they show less positive result, like pouring water. In case of shampoo and detergent, they tend to choose refillable products, but neglect to choose the products with environment label. These kind of attitudes toward the environment-conscious products show some significant differences between the gender. It turned out that the rate of choosing the refillable products was higher in female students than in male students, and the rate of choosing the less wrapping products was higher in male students than in female students in contrast. And while the degree of perception of natural dyed fabric, organic cotton, natural colored cotton and charcoal fiber was rather high, the degree of perception of lyocell fiber, milk fiber and biosteel fiber appeared low.
