Despite of institutional matters, insurance industries aims for customers that can generate higher revenue who are largely wealthier customers and well trusted customers. The rate of occupancy of these higher level customers will generate the revenue the insurance company desire and it will further benefit its future growth. However, there are visible problems inside of strategic management in comparison with other financial companies. With all said, this dissertation will explain the fact that financial benefits that can be generated by growing future or existing private banking customers into competent customers. This dissertation will primarily aim for the following targets. It requires the step-by-step perspective on how to decoy the existing and future private banking customers, further more, and grow into competent customers. The details should include specifics about the product, customers, and customer relations.
