사회적기업 활성화를 위한 지역자원유형 분석

A Study on Cluster Analysis of Regional Resources for Activating Social Enterprise : Focused on 22 Cities and Counties in Jeonnam

본 연구의 목적은 지역특성에 맞는 사회적기업 활성화 정책을 창출을 위해서 전남 22개 시 군의 지역자원 을 유형화하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 전남 지역의 각 시 군에서 설립주체, 고용대상, 지역자원이 라는 3개의 진단 영역별 수준을 활용하여 지역자원 유형분류를 시도하고자 하였다. 지역자원유형 분류를 위해 선정된 진단지표를 활용하여 군집분석을 실시하였고 분석결과 전남지역 22개 시 군을 3개 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 분류결과를 토대로 지역자원유형별 사회적기업 개발전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 지역특성에 맞는 사회적기업 개발 및 활성화 전략을 수립하는 데 매우 유용한 정 보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Purpose of this study is to create social enterprise items and classify the resources of 22 cities and counties in Jeonnam. This paper tries to categorize the regional resources type employing the three diagnosis level, main foundation agent, employment subject, and regional resources, for finding the area of the social enterprise items in cities and counties of Jeonnam. We execute cluster analysis using the diagnosis index chosen for categorizing the regional resources type. The result of analysis, 22 cities and counties in Jeonnam was classified as low developed type, strong developed type, and undeveloped type. We suggest the development strategy of social enterprise based on this classification. To conclude, it is expected that they offer a very useful information in developing social enterprise items being suited for a regional character.
