In the case of Korea, competitiveness in exports have to be continued to improve as well as it might be very important for Korea which has both resource shortage heavy reliance on exports to bring up trade specialists having powerful export competitiveness. Thus, focused on the importance of improvement and maintenance of sustaining competitiveness in exports, this study analyzed critical points of the present Korean trade specialists training and education systems. Attaching importance to quantitative increase of the systems, dispersion of useful resources, and absence of systematic trade specialist training and education programs are the most serious problems. To resolve these problems, we suggested detailed implementation methods for bring up trade specialists who have global competitiveness which is suitable to 21C trade environment. The implementation methods are designated as CTSH(Comprehensive Trade Specialist Hub). Finally, further discussion, limitation of this study and future direction were suggested.
